Your claim, handled by a licensed public adjuster.
You upload the policy and tell us what happened. We build the claim, deal with the insurer and track every deadline — you approve each step. The insurer's first offer is a starting point, not the answer.
Final recovery vs. the first offer — Norwalk, water damage (2020)
Recovered after the carrier had closed the file — Lynwood (2021)
Of our estimate confirmed by the carrier's own contractor — Northridge
Results from our own files. Every claim is different; no outcome is promised.

AI drafts the paperwork; a licensed adjuster reviews every document and every number before anything leaves the firm. Nothing goes to your insurer without a human approving it.
How it works
Share your policy and photos
Every page, straight from your phone. We read the coverages and endorsements and confirm them with you.
We prepare and send the claim
Letter of representation, notice of claim, estimates, supplements — drafted, checked by your adjuster, and sent with your approval.
We negotiate and track to the last dollar
Dwelling, contents, loss of use, held-back depreciation, code upgrades. The claim isn't done until the checklist is.
Their adjuster works for them. Ours works for you.
The carrier's playbook
- First estimate anchored low — often by half or more
- Depreciation held back and quietly never released
- Code-upgrade coverage you're never told about
- Deadlines that only ever cut against you
The Claimeo response
- Independent line-by-line estimate of the real damage
- Depreciation tracked to release — or fought when denied
- Every coverage in your policy applied, including code & ordinance
- Every statutory deadline tracked automatically, both ways
How we're paid
No recovery, no fee. Our fee is a percentage of what the insurer pays, set out in a written agreement you sign in the portal — with a three-business-day cancellation right under California law. There is nothing to pay up front.
Questions people ask first
Do I pay anything up front?
No. The fee comes out of the settlement, only if there is one.
Will you deal with my insurer for me?
Yes. Once you sign, we send a letter of representation and the insurer's adjuster works with us — you stay informed in the portal.
My claim was already filed, or denied. Can you still help?
Often, yes. Depreciation held back, coverage never applied, a file closed too early — we review what happened and tell you plainly what can be reopened.
How long does it take?
California sets deadlines for the insurer to acknowledge, investigate and pay. We track each one and push when they slip; most water claims take a few months from notice to final payment.
Ready when you are.
Ten minutes to start. A licensed adjuster reviews your claim before anything is sent to the insurer.
